2021 has been a wild ride in the property market. At all our offices on five continents we have seen record number of sales in the past twelve months.
Globally there were many reasons but in South Africa there were mainly 7 things that influenced this.
We do believe that 2022 will still be a good year but volume has started to taper down in the final three months of the year.
Lightstone has just released its latest Residential property index.
What is interesting is that overall, the Western Cape has done the best in terms of house price increases
