I have some exciting news to share. I have been sitting on this for a few weeks and finally I can share it!
After almost 5 years in real estate (and one pandemic in between) I have made “the MOVE”
(if you watched Chasing the Sun 1 you will know what “the MOVE” means.
I have been offered an amazing opportunity with Chas Everitt to join their team at their Durbanville office.
For business reasons the previous shareholders of the KW Spectrum (Northern Suburbs) have decided to move away from the Keller Williams Brand
and become an independent office and brand.
I had three choices:
A. Move with the new brand and be part of an independent brand
B. Stay with KW but work remotely until they open a new Market center (Timeline unknown)
C. Look at other companies and find a new home
For where I am in my career journey I wanted to stay with a well-known brand and also have an office to work from so my research began.
I am going to miss my old “KW family” a lot.
Not only have I learnt everything I know there but I also made friends for life.The values that you instilled in me will stay with me for the rest of my life.
I know however that this next chapter is going to be extremely exciting and full of new challenges.
After Covid I am very gratefull that business picked up again a lot.
So I still take projects and commissions where it makes sense.

in the last 10 weeks I went to see a lot of agencies and there were 3 that were head and shoulders above the rest for what I needed.
In the end I decided on Chas Everitt.
The main reason is that their tools and my skillset is 100% aligned. I also really loved the way they value relationships.
I will be sharing my journey as we go along.
I will be servicing mainly the Northern Suburbs of Cape Town.
I can however help sellers anywhere in South Africa by either partnering with Other Chas Everitt agents where needed.
So, if you don’t have a “Go to real estate person”, please can I be it!
